About Us
Who We Are
Spector Textile Products is a second generation owned and operated textile manufacturing company with rots firmly planted in Lawrence, MA. The company has been in continuous operation since 1937. Situated in the once famous "Textile Capital of the World" (circa 1912).
Our continued success over these 80 years has been our talented, skilled, and dedicated team, most of whom have been employed by Spector for an average of 12 years or more. It is for this reason that we are passionately committed to Made in the USA products.
Spector Textile Products manufactures and distributes a brand entitled USAMade Laundry Bags. The products under this brand are environmentally friendly and provide a welcome alternative to plastic and other less durable fabric choices for laundry and linen processing, dry cleaning, wash/dry/fold laundromats, camps, sports and athletics, and other markets.
What We Do
Our company started out reclaiming woolen ends and used fiber from the textile mills from Manchester, NH to Amesbury, MA to grade and package for polishing cloths, blankets, linens, etc. Many mill ends were sold as wiping cloths to painters, plumbers, mechanics, and other tradesmen.
In 1980, our company began to introduce cut and sew operations making canvas tarps, painters drop cloths, mesh truck covers and expanded the company to over 30 employees.
In 2003 the company moved to a new manufacturing facility encompassing a complete city block in Lawrence of over 30,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space. In addition, the new production floor was outfitted with feed rail system to allow for easy sewing line operations, making the production floor fully adaptable to the needs of customer orders.

USAMade Laundry Bags offer a complete line of linen bags in a variety of sizes, colors, and unique shapes. Products include tote bags, mesh net bags, duffle bags, camouflage printed bags, all sewn out of nylon, canvas, poly/cotton, poly/nylon, and other durable fabrics.
Over 30 deferent types of sewing, cutting, and binding operations are included in our manufacturing capabilities. Specializing in custom work, Spector’s team can take an idea and fashion it into a product ready for full production run in less than 5 days.
In addition to state of the art textile manufacturing capabilities, Spector textile also has a fully staffed graphic art department as well as screen printing, stencil, and dye sublimation printing equipment. Custom branding, private label, and high-volume personalization put USAMade Laundry Bags in the category of full service cut, sew, and print shop.
